JC Grounds Hosts Snow MasterMind Group

Wow! The last few days have been a whirlwind; filled with learning, sharing, coaching, plus a few laughs along the way. JC Grounds Management was honored to host the Snow MasterMind Group for their annual meeting in Boston.

Each year, a group of more then 30 snow professionals-formally known as the Snow MasterMinds- gather to examine obstacles and opportunities that they are experiencing within the snow removal industry. This year, special attention was paid to JC Grounds' 10-year vision, and how the company is progressing towards that goal. We were honored to have some of the most respected minds in the industry, working alongside us to help us overcome our hurdles!

Just some of the many things we learned during this event include:

• How we can better serve our clients by offering more services and increased efficiency
• Ideas for finding more qualified winter employees so that we can stay fully staffed for the upcoming winter
• Ways to build on our strengths- the things we know that we do right- so that we can continue to be the best in the business

At the end of the event, attendees parted ways, leaving with new ideas, strategies, processes, plus strengthened relationships within the snow removal industry. Here at JC Grounds, we are excited to take action on what we learned and take our services to the next level!
