Brad’s Position and Core Responsibilities:
As the General Manager, Brad is responsible for customer satisfaction, crew efficiency, crew training and development, enhancement sales, landscape design, tree preservation programs, long-term management planning, profit and loss, safety training, and Wednesday morning breakfast.
Educational Background, Certifications, Awards, and Credentials:
Brad is a graduate of St. John’s Prep, and later earned his B.S from Umass Amherst in Arboriculture. He is a Certified Arborist and holds his TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualification), as well as his ASCA (Snow and Ice Certification). Brad has his Pesticide Applicator License, a 2A1C Hoisting License, and his Class B CDL.
He enjoys alpine skiing, gardening, geocaching, and kayaking.
Personal Goal for the Next 5+ Years:
Brad would like to manage his family time wisely by creating memories that are impactful and reflect his family’s morals and ethics. His friendships are very important to him and he would love to continue to share amazing experiences with his friends even as life gets busier and busier.
Professional Goal for the Next 5+ Years:
Brad would like to continue to grow with the company and help JC Grounds reach the milestones created during our original strategic planning session of 2014. He looks forward to helping employees develop their careers and move from the field to management positions.
